We finish “Dashing Through Dalton” with a deep dive in a little yellow submarine into License to Kill. It was a good run for Timothy, and now he can enjoy a nice honeymooooooon!
We begin a new era by Dashing Through Dalton, covering Timothy Dalton’s two Bond films, starting with The Living Daylights. Like Dalton, we’re cooler and more intense than in the previous era.
In another installment of our “Rogering Through Roger” series, the Gents tackle Octopussy, one of the two Bond’s movies released in 1983, neither of which were very good. But this one at least has our favorite MI6 agent, 009 in full clown makeup.
The League is back to Bound Through Bond to celebrate the 60th Anniversary of James Bond with The Sound of 007! We solve the mystery of Billie Eilish, comment on a few favorite songs from the movies, and try to sing words to the iconic instrumental theme song.
The League has “a little fun with Mr Goldfinger” by tackling the most famous Bond movie of them all. We actually don’t expect you to die, but we do expect you to listen. Which you won’t!
The Gents continue Rogering Through Roger with Roger Moore’s Bond “classic” Moonraker! Space sex! Jaws finds a woman! A double-taking pigeon! Face it, true-believer, this one’s got it all!
The Gents begin “Rogering Through Roger” with Roger Moore’s Bond classic The Spy Who Loved Me. If you aren’t aware, it’s the one with the iconic song, an iconic villain, and a slightly-less iconic plot. But hey, Mike Myers most certainly liked it.
The Gents finish Carousing/Careening/Kissing/Criticizing Through Craig as we finally get to No Time to Die. Was it worth the wait? Listen and find out.
The Gents are back again to continue/caress/carouse and whatever C-word you feel like using (not a reference to one of the villains in this movie) through Craig with our take on Spectre. Gear up with some goodies from Q for No Time to Die with the Daniel Craig movie that ties them all together!
The Gents continue Careening/Carousing/Caressing Through Craig and tackle Skyfall, where Javier Bardem does some caressing of his own. Join us for the highest-grossing Bond film to date, and the final turn for Dame Judi Dench. Did we all love this one more than Casino Royale? Well, there’s a first time for everything.
Continuing to carouse/caress/careen/cavort through Craig, the Gents take on Quantum of Solace. The writer’s strike back then played some havoc with this one, so listen to our opinions of Daniel Craig’s writing and why they don’t just get James Bond to play James Bond.
The Gents begin Carousing Through Craig in preparation for No Time to Die! So pour yourself a drink (maybe a Vesper Martini, or a Flatulent Poker Player) and listen to a League first: All three of us gave an A+ to Casino Royale!
The Gents take on yet another Bond film (#Launching into Lazenby?) as we tackle the only one-off Bond, George Lazenby, and his polarizing film, On Her Majesty’s Secret Service. We’re pretty split on this, which is interesting because that never happened to the other fellow.
The Gents wrap up our Bounding Through Brosnan Series with Pierce’s final (and worst?) installment, Die Another Day, and watching Halle Barry’s acting, you might wish you were dead this day. But the podcast is still fun!
The Gents are back for our third installment of our Bounding Through Brosnan Series, as we take on Denise Richards’ The World is Not Enough. Well, I guess there were some other people in it, too, but she was the most noticeable. Like, by far.
In our second Bounding Through Brosnan podcast, The Gents tackle Pierce’s second outing as Bond, Tomorrow Never Dies. Take a listen, because as Bond says to Teri Hatcher about telling someone you love them, “It always sounds good.”
