Marjorie Liu took home the prestigious Best Writer Eisner for Monstress, the first women to win it throughout the 30-year history of the Eisners. Liu and Monstress illustrator, Sana Takeda, also won Eisners for Best Continuing Series and Best Publication for Teens (13-17).
