In Mission: Impossible - Fallout, Ethan Hunt (played by Tom Cruise) and his IMF team, along with some familiar allies, must race against time after a mission goes wrong. What makes it different from past missions? "It's a big, emotional, entertaining story," Cruise says in our exclusive video.

Filmmaker Christopher McQuarrie promises that it's a much more personal journey: "It's to take you places you've never been. It's to show you things that you've never seen, and it's to put you in that experience." Henry Cavill says it's the "best mission yet," while Rebecca Ferguson describes it as "new [and] explosive." Simon Pegg notes that Cruise double-downs "on the stunt aspect, risking his life, literally." For his part, Cruise says that moviegoers will be responding to "their investment in the characters."
